This was a joint Department of Health and NHS East of England event.
The overall aim of the event was to improve outcomes for people living with a neurological long term condition in the Eastern Region.
The conference was aimed at professionals working in both health and social care, colleagues working in the voluntary sector and both individuals with a neurological condition and carers. There was a particular emphasis at this event on bringing together commissioners and voluntary organisations working with people with neurological conditions but equally a focus on engaging with a range of other stakeholders.
