Sue has dedicated her NHS career to promoting excellence in all fields of Information Governance. She is respected and called upon by clinical and managerial colleagues as an expert, particularly in health related aspects of information security and data protection. Sue injects a passion into the subject, which enthuses, enlightens and persuades staff at all levels. Patients and their advocates trust her advice and support.
Sue has undertaken a number of consultant projects, in the public and private sectors, and has worked overseas in this capacity. Educated to Masters degree level she has extensive analytical and presentational competence, highly developed project management and sponsorship skills, and always produces work of a high standard and quality. She has also recently obtained a Certificate in Performance Management in the Public Sector which she undertook alongside her ‘day' job.
Sue is renowned for her logical and structured approach and is respected for her ability to identify and implement business processes. She is successfully associated with every aspect of computers but sees IT as an enabler and not a solution in itself. She prides herself on providing a bridge wherever she can between the technically advanced and the technically challenged.
