Programme Manager

Liz Eckert is the three digit number for Urgent Care Programme Manager. The aim of the programme is to improve access to urgent care for patients, ensuring consistent assessment and access to appropriate, timely services.

Liz is seconded from the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust where she is Service Development Manager. Prior to this Liz worked in PCT roles including commissioning project manager, corporate performance manager and learning and development manager. She joined the NHS as project manager for Learning Accounts and NVQs with a Workforce Development Confederation. Before joining the NHS Liz worked for large commercial organsiations in business analysis, operations and learning and development.
