Judith is a senior NHS manager, with over 17 years experience which includes operational management, commissioning a new district general hospital, monitoring health contracts, commissioning acute and community health services, programme management and service redesign. She is also a qualified teacher, with seven years experience in education, including Head of Personal, Social and Health Education in a large comprehensive school.

Judith has a track record of delivering projects and programmes and in recent years has set up clinical assessment and treatment centres and facilitated the introduction of Choose and Book in three clinical areas. Since joining the EDC in October 2008, she has worked as programme manager for Maternity Matters across the east of England. Her ability to engage with stakeholders and to promote innovative ways for working has been a key factor in its successful implementation.

She is experienced in service evaluation and the production of sound business cases. Judith has the ability to synthesise new information and carry out structured analyses of policy and data and has a sound understanding of current policy and drivers in the NHS.

Judith is a PRINCE 2 and MSP Practitioner.
